Background to the Story
A guy was dating a girl, he proposed to her, and two months before the wedding she was hit by a drunk driver resulting in a terrible car accident. She is now having a lot of problems. He is still with her, trying to help her come back to herself and staying with her every step of the way. A true modern day hero, and best of all, he calls her his angel.
Reminds me of my sweet grandpa who always called my grandma his “Earth Angel.”

I love the message of his song, “What are words?” I’m all about words…thinking about words, blogging about words, texting, calling, etc. etc. But what are words if you don’t really mean them?
Listening to this song made me want to be more true to my word. Elder Holland tells us there are Earth Angels all around us, and we need to tell them we love them. This song is perfect.
